Return Policy:

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly accept the return of items in new, unused condition with the seal intact. Please note that items with bent, creased packaging, or opened seals cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Returned items must be in their original, untampered condition. Any products that are damaged or tampered with, or have broken seals, will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Policy Exceptions:

Please note that we do not accept returns for the following items:

• Clearance or promotional items
• Beauty tools and equipment (such as flat irons, curling irons, blow dryers, trimmers, clippers, scissors, blades, etc.)
• Unsealed merchandise (including spray bottles, jars, hair dye, tubes, pump bottles, containers, etc.), including hair care items/chemicals that originally lacked a seal.
• Wearable merchandise that cannot be verified as untampered or unworn, such as wigs, ponytails, clip-in extensions, jewelry, wraps, caps, etc.

After approval of your return request, you will receive instructions via email on how to proceed with the return. Please notify us once the merchandise has been shipped back to avoid any postal issues.

For the protection of your return, we recommend shipping items in corrugated boxes to prevent damage during transit. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and shipping fees paid during the order placement process are non-refundable.
