Indications
Apply a moderate amount of curl activator, and massage thoroughly into the hair and scalp. Comb or pick into the desired style. As a hot oil curl activator, follow the first step then cover the head with hot steaming towels or a heating cap. Wait two or three minutes and style as desired. Also used as a wave activator.
